This project included strategizing the upgrade of the eLearning practice for a major Twin Cities hospital system’s educational program. Implementing that strategy included an improved creative brief process, introduction of development guides, and the application of the updates to the enhancement process. In addition to these tools, a catalog of illustrations was created to equip other developers who did not have a background in design and illustration. All illustrations were created in PowerPoint to allow them to be fully customizable, depending on the needs of the lesson.
